Mr. Akhoury Prabhas: Akhoury Prabhas is a Science graduate and has studied rural management from XISS, Ranchi. He has an extensive experience of around 9 years in project implementation and promotion of community based institutions like SHGs and producer groups. Before his stint with IGS, he worked with ASA (Association of Social Advancement) and NBJK (Nav Bharat Jagrity Kendra). He is working with IGS since 2007 and has been managing SRTT supported Livelihood enhancement project for small and marginal farmers/producers in Jharkhand. Prabhas is Team leader in Jharkhand and is responsible for IGS interventions in the State.

 Mr. Dharmendra Sriwastava: Dharmendra is a post graduate in rural development from XISS, Ranchi and has experience of over ten years in livelihood promotion. Before his stint with IGS, he worked with Integrated Development Foundation, International Development Enterprise, India and Alternative for India Development. Dharmendra has an extensive experience in rural marketing, development of network of private supply chain for production, promotion and dissemination of innovative technologies and sustainable increase in income of small farmers using these technologies. In IGS he has managed NTFP based livelihood projects in Jharkhand and at present he is leading IGS projects in Bihar and responsible for overall IGS interventions in the State.

Mr. Mohit Sharma: An engineer in electronics & communication with a Post Graduate diploma in rural management from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). He has an experience of handling business correspondent operations of Zero Micro and Saving Support Foundatio. Presently in Indian Grameen Services, he is working for Business Correspondent operations of Krishna Bhima Samrudhi Local Area Bank, Mahabubnagar, Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Navneet Naik: Navneet is M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering (Soil & Water engineering) and has over 8 years of experience in natural resource management, institution development and Livelihood promotion. Navneet has experience of around 4 years in Watersheds implementation and Research. He also had a brief stint of 2 years in teaching. He taught Agriculture engineering students at Bhartiya College of Agricultural Engineering, Raipur. Navneet has worked with Participatory Research and Inventions in Development, Bhopal and People’s Science Institute, Dheradun. Currently he is leading IGS projects in Madhya Pradesh and responsible for overall IGS interventions in the State.

Mr. Sanjib Sarangi: Sanjib is post graduate in Zoology and has also studied post graduate diploma in Rural Development and Human Resource Development. He has experience of over 15 years that involves Project implementation, Program formulation, Research, Microfinance and Livelihood promotion. Sanjib was involved in natural resource based livelihood initiatives being taken at Tehri Garewal districts of Uttarakhand by Sri Bhubaneshwari Mahila Ashram, a national level NGO. He has also worked in promoting viable Water User Associations (WUAs) as sustainable institutions under Orissa Minor Irrigation Project sponsored by European Commission. In IGS he has managed livelihood intervention projects involving Institution development, and Natural resource management. Sanjib is presently leading projects in Orissa and is responsible for IGS interventions in the State.

Mr. Santosh D. Adhao: Santosh has around 5 years of experience in microfinance and banking. He has studied M.Sc. Agronomy from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola. Santosh has worked with Bhartiya Samruddhi Finance Ltd, HDFC bank and ING Vysya Bank before joining IGS. Presently he is managing Livelihood projects in Maharashtra.
