She holds degrees in M.A. (Economics) University of Bombay and LLB from the University of Delhi. She has had an illustrious career of 35 years with the State Bank Group with wide experience of serving the Bank in various verticals including credit, retail banking and international finance. During her long career in the Bank, she has held many challenging assignments. She has had long experience in SBI's treasury and hence financial markets. She was Managing Director of the broking arm of SBI for four years. She oversaw reorganisation of the Company and revamped processes and policies to set the stage for growth. State of the art technology was developed and introduced to make the Company's online presence the finest in the industry.
He is a post-graduate in Management with a bachelor's degree in Math, Physics and Chemistry from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Mr.Sattaiah has a stint of Entrepreneur for over four years. He started his career as a Technical Assistant in AP Productivity Council before joining BASIX Social Enterprise Group. He joined BASIX as a Field Executive and rose to the position COO and Director Strategic Products in Bhartiya Samruddhi Finance Limited. He served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sub-K Impact Solutions Limited (formerly BASIX Sub-K iTransactions Limited) (Sub-K) during September 2012 to June 2016. He was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for BASIX Academy for Building Life-long Employability Limited from September 2015 to June 25, 2020.
His contributions to BASIX Social Enterprise Group include initiating micro-credit operations, micro-insurance operations, setting up Corporate Human Resource Department and develop policy manuals on Operations and Human Resource Management. He was instrumental in developing successful and long-standing collaborations with insurance companies which lead to contributions in micro insurance products, processes and policy guidelines for the micro insurance sector. He has been instrumental in shaping revenue models for Sub-K and B-ABLE successfully and make them profitable.
He took role of the Managing Director of Bhartiya Samruddhi Investments and Consulting Services Limited (BASICS Ltd.,) from Mr. Vijay Mahajan, the promoter and has been leading BASIX Group since then. He represents on each BASIX Group Company Board. By 2020, Mr. Sattaiah has put over 30 years of experience including tenure of 24 years with BASIX Group. He had undergone Executive Management Programmes at IIM-A (year 2000 & 2003) and INSEAD, Fontainebleau (2016) apart being part of numerous Institutional Development Exercises took place in BASIX Group.
Has over 40 years of experience in Banking, Micro Finance and Non-Government Organisations operations. Lead large programme on promotion of employment under RUDISETI programme implemented jointly by Syndicate Bank and Canara Bank prior to 1996.
Has over 40 years of experience in Micro Enterprise promotions and consulting Services. Served as head of APITCO, Andhra Pradesh Industrial and Technical Consulting Organisation.
